A jewellery designer for more than fifteen years, May Rishani was inspired by antique jewellery and sought to create pieces that were not only aesthetically beautiful, but also reflected the heritage of Oriental and ancient civilization through the use of artisanal techniques.

Rishani lately turned to creating steel sculptures and mobiles as they embody through their compositional harmony the expression of her spiritual quest for balance and serenity. These mobiles are symbols of the link between the infinite universe and the spiritual self, through the fluidity and perfection of their uninterrupted movement, one with no beginning and no end.
